  This is Template # 1009. This template can be customized to match your company colors. In this example, the color scheme is "shades of green". The green shades/color can be customized to any color you need. The photo image in the menu area can be customized as well, though we recommend using the one in this example (or one similar which allows the menu items to cascade at an angle.) You can either provide Enhanced Web Services with your own image, or you can give us a description of the type of image you would like. We will then search our image database to find an image to suit your needs.

Template/Design Cost

  The cost for this template and related pages is as follows:

• $299.00* for the home page plus 4 additional pages (total of 5 pages).

• $399.00* for the above package plus any 4 online insurance quote or customer service forms (for our insurance-related customers.)

• $50.00 per page for any additional pages

• $50.00 per online insurance quote form for any additional quote forms, and $30.00 per online insurance customer service form for any additional service forms.

  *NOTE: These prices are available when you sign a Web Hosting Agreement with Enhanced Web Services. If you plan to host your site elsewhere, please add $200.00 to the $299.00 / $399.00 packages (for a total of $499.00 / $599.00).

  Enhanced Web Services maintains the copyrights to this template design and any online insurance forms you purchase, while the client maintains ownership of any images and textual content they provide for this web site. NO OTHER ENTITY OR PERSON may use this template design, programming code (including HTML and scripts), or images without permission of Enhanced Web Services. Enhanced Web Services maintains the right to resell this template design to other clients. Custom website design is available from Enhanced Web Services at a higher cost.
